Job Description
Hourly Pay Rate: $24.00 – $30.00
Position Summary

Qualifications:
• TCS Certification (ATSSA/CCA) or 4,000+ verifiable hours required.
• Minimum of 2 years of traffic control experience.
• TMA Driver certification preferred.
• Familiarity with client-based schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable standing for 8-12 hours a day.
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and high-traffic settings.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
• Work hours vary based on staffing and workload (typical workweek: 50 hours).
• Majority of time spent in the field.
• Work in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and exposure to dust, asphalt, and moving vehicles.
• Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and extreme conditions at construction sites.
• Noise levels on job sites can be loud.
• May need to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lbs.
• Perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions, including standing for long periods.
