Job Description
Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager will represent LADMA Traffic Control to prospective and existing clients in the utility, construction, engineering, and event categories within the assigned region. This position focuses on maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will leverage industry insights, develop innovative sales strategies, and foster strong connections with key decision-makers to drive LADMA’s continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute profitable sales growth strategies within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Proactively build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects, exceeding sales targets through strategic relationship-building.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for new business partnerships.
• Engage and influence key decision-makers within target accounts, establishing trust and long-term collaboration.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction with service quality and operational performance.
• Monitor and communicate industry trends and competitive practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Negotiate sales contracts, rate adjustments, and renewals while ensuring CRM tools are updated with accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to provide prompt quotes and customer support.
• Partner with Billing, Collections, and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate billing and resolve issues efficiently.
• Work closely with Regional Operations Management to enhance customer experience and drive growth initiatives.
• Support national partnerships in collaboration with Strategic Account Directors.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain accurate Salesforce account updates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in customer relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in industrial B2B sales, particularly in the utility or infrastructure sectors.
• Availability to travel within the assigned region up to 75% of the time.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
