LADMA’s Commitment to Community Giving
As a company dedicated to making a difference, LADMA Traffic Control actively collaborates with the communities we serve, ensuring opportunities for growth, equity, and safety for all—especially the most vulnerable residents. Through our Community Giving Program, we support charitable organizations and initiatives that enhance safety, quality of life, self-sufficiency, and equity in the areas where our team members live and work.

Our culture is built on ownership, trust, and collaboration—not only with our clients but also with our communities. We aim to make meaningful contributions that address each community’s unique priorities, ensuring the greatest possible impact.

Team-Driven Giving in 2024
At LADMA, our Community Giving Program relies on input from our team members to identify where our efforts can make the biggest difference. Team members are encouraged to nominate non-profits that align with the most pressing needs of their communities.
In 2024, LADMA proudly supported 12 organizations championed by our team members throughout the region.

Key Areas of Charitable Giving
LADMA focuses on four core areas that advance public safety, promote resilience, and strengthen communities:

  • Safe Roads: Supporting programs and research to reduce roadway fatalities and educate the public on traffic safety, ensuring everyone gets home safely.
  • Veterans and First Responders: Giving back to those who protect others by supporting wellness programs for veterans and first responders and assisting families of those lost in the line of duty.
  • Education: Investing in the future through educational opportunities that inspire youth to become safety-minded, engaged, and self-reliant leaders.
  • Community Development and Basic Needs: Increasing access to medical care, housing, and economic opportunities to improve the quality of life for entire communities.

Putting Community Giving into Action
One example of our giving in 2024 was a donation to the National Traffic Safety Institute, nominated by a LADMA team member. This organization provides research and training on driver behavior and traffic systems, focusing on reducing accidents and improving roadway safety.

Another recipient of LADMA’s support was The Haven, an organization in Baltimore, Maryland, providing safe housing and counseling for victims of domestic violence. In 2023 alone, The Haven served over 10,000 individuals, advocating for lasting social change.

Additionally, LADMA supported the Heroes Foundation, which helps families of fallen first responders and veterans by providing mortgage-free homes and other essential resources. We also collaborated with local schools to fundraise for programs benefiting these groups, reflecting our dedication to honoring their service and sacrifices.

Building Stronger Communities

“When people feel safe and secure—whether on the road or in their daily lives—they are empowered to focus on their families, education, and careers,” said Dennis. “Our goal is to strengthen these areas, ultimately creating more resilient and thriving communities.”
